What counts as what

A review run
One full review of one prompt. The Prompt Editor and the MCP draw from the same monthly pool, so it does not matter which tool you run it from.
A PR review
One Git Action review of one pull request, however many prompt files it touches. It draws its own pool, so CI and the editor never compete for the same allowance.

Questions people actually ask

When does the allowance reset?
On the 1st of each month, UTC. Unused runs do not roll over.
What happens when I run out?
Full reviews stop until the reset or an upgrade, and nothing you have already run is taken away.
Who does the allowance belong to?
Your organisation - all of its workspaces, all of its keys, and everyone on the team draw from one pool. One number to watch, and no way to accidentally pay twice for the same team.
Does re-scoring count?
Yes. Re-scoring runs the full scoring pass, which is most of the cost of a review.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction, and you do it yourself. Billing lives in the Prompt Editor at prompts.hoshoai.com - sign in with the Google account that holds the plan, then Manage billing in the account menu opens the portal, where you can switch plan, update the card or cancel. That is true however you use Hosho: if you only run the Git Action, there is nothing to change in your repo - the editor is still where your account and your plan live. A switch is prorated. A cancellation keeps the plan you have paid for until the end of that period, then drops to Free.
